Ms. Cloud Chan is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, the founder and owner of CloudC Yoga (formerly Sense Studio Yoga, 2015-2023). Cloud is the pioneer of the #PracticalApproach of Yoga and is an advocate for this idea since then. She teaches face-to-face classes in Hong Kong and London, as well as online classes.

Cloud’s clientele covers various age groups and industries. From regular studio to corporate classes. And from private family & kids sessions to elderly therapy. She has accumulated thousands of teaching hours with different clients with various needs.  

She uses Yoga as a complementary therapy for clients with varying medical conditions, including arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, scoliosis, and many others. She also has had experiences with cancer survivors, people who have mental conditions (depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, hypertension), and common physical ailments, such as back pain, shoulder injuries, hunchback, tight hips, and many more. 

She perceives Yoga as ancient wisdom that goes beyond “just the movement and posture.” She believes in the power of Yoga for the mind, body, and soul, emphasizing that those who can amalgamate these elements into one and maintain balance in their mental and physical bodies will ultimately achieve health and happiness.

Cloud is also a featured yoga teacher and writer on many popular online media, including Line Today, Recruit HK, and Sunday MORE, a guest speaker for wellness events hosted by corporate clients.
